STANTON ASSISTED LIVING

66 Unit, 110 Bed 
New construction of 78,000 square foot, 3 story 66-unit, mixed use memory care facility. 110 beds in the heart of Stanton on the corner of Beach Blvd and Catherine Ave. Project is permit ready and construction is expected to begin in June 2018.

602 PCH

29 Units, Mixed Use 
4 story residential/mixed use property on Pacific Coast Highway overlooking the ocean. Offering 10,500 sqft of combined retail and restaurant space under 29 luxury condos.

UNIVERSITY AVE

63 Units, Mixed Use
4 story residential/ mixed use property situated in San Diego, California. Development consist of 63 units over 5,000 sqft of commercial retail space.

LAFAYETTE BART STATION

The Lafayette Station Site Improvements Project involved the development of two parking lots of about 220 parking spaces The project involved site work, concrete, paving, striping, landscaping, signage, new LED lightning, signage. USS Cal Builders also provided effective stormwater runoff capture and treatment through rain gardens and pervious pavers.

PLANET FITNESS BUILDING

For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction.

STANTON STARBUCKS

Construction of a new 4175 square foot single story wood frame commercial building on a flat lot. Project includes 28 parking spaces and building shell for Starbucks and other retail. The architectural design is modern, contemporary with a cement plaster finish, with aluminum – framed windows and engineered wood siding. This project is located on the corner of Beach and Garden Grove in Stanton California.

KNOTT CONDOS

Luxury home located in beautiful Laguna Beach. The owner of the home expressed his vision to our team of owning a contemporary home with modern accents and architectural essence. Our team built this beautiful three – story home to have 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a bonus room, and outdoor decks on both the second and third floor overlooking the ocean.

DODSON MIDDLE SCHOOL

For this particular project, we updated a middle school to comply with ADA standards, with alteration to various buildings and site work such as ramps, restrooms, drinking fountains, and paths of travel. 

401 MAIN STREET

With this project, we were contracted to build a new 21,000 sq. ft. two-story wood-frame building with a basement parking garage, first floor retail spaces, and second floor offices.
